Disclaimer:
- Please note that shipment will only be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.
- Depending on the time of order, some orders may not be dispatched on the same day. And refers to business days weekends are considered special requests.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address, we will not be responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

Return Policy
Keychain SA Return Policy
At Keychain SA, we strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience for all our customers. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 5 working days of the item being delivered.
• To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Items that have been opened or removed from their packaging will incur a 10% handling/restocking fee.
2. Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds are conditional on:
• The item being unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• Correct banking details being provided by the customer.
• Refunds will be issued via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
3. Customer Responsibilities
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items (see Section 4).
• For international returns (outside South Africa), all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customers must ensure that returns are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
• If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must report this within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• To initiate a claim:
• Email Info@keychainsa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
• Proof may be required to validate claims.
• Local Returns:
• For confirmed defective or incorrect items, Keychain SA will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
• If the returned item is found to be working, a 10% handling fee will be charged, and the customer will need to arrange a courier to collect the item.
• International Returns:
• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, even for defective or damaged items.
5. Condition Verification
• To ensure transparency and protect our customers, all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping.
• A video recording is taken of every item and order during packaging to confirm its condition prior to dispatch.
• This serves as proof of the item’s condition at the time of shipping.
6. Non-Returnable Items
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective.
• Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or returned outside the 5-working-day window are not eligible for returns.
7. Shipping and Handling
• Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• For items confirmed to be working after testing, the customer must arrange their own courier for collection, and a 10% handling fee will apply.
• For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, even for defective or damaged items.

Refund & Exchange policy
Refund Policy:
- If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at nicole@keychainsa.com with images and videos of the issue. Proof must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
- All products are quality checked and a video of the condition is recorded before shipment is sent out to customers.
- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note that the customer will be responsible for the courier cost of returning.
- Please note that all products will be reviewed before a refund is processed.
Exchange Policy:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at nicole@keychainsa.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
- The item must be unopened and in its original packaging. If the item has been opened, a 15 restocking fee will be charged.
- Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning and re-shipping the item. as long as exchange item is of the same value as original purchase.
- Please note that all products will be reviewed before an exchange is processed.

Product Description
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions are error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Payment
We accept payments via Payfast and Ozow, allowing for Instant EFT, card payments, and normal EFT bank payments. Cash deposits will incur an additional 5% transaction fee to cover bank charges.
Shipping and Delivery
We use The Courier Guy for local shipments to ensure your package arrives on time. Shipping costs will be added to the cost of your order and will depend on the shipping method selected. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Once we begin international shipping, we will update our service providers to include DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Aramex.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a refund within 2-3 days of receipt. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you in connection with any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are welcome; however, wholesalers must accept the terms and conditions of our wholesale program. All company information must be emailed to info@keychainsa.com for verification before orders can be processed.
Pricing Terms and Conditions
- Price Changes: All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate pricing information; however, there may be instances where prices fluctuate due to market conditions, supplier pricing changes, or other unforeseen factors.
- Sales and Stock Availability: Items on sale are offered based on available stock. Sale items are limited to stock on hand and may not be restocked once sold out. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue any item at any time without notice.
- Wholesale and Retail Divisions: Our wholesale and retail divisions operate separately, with different requirements and terms applicable to each. Wholesale prices and terms are provided upon request and verification.
Cancellation Policy
At Keychain SA, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. We strive to make the cancellation process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below.
- Refunds for Card Payments: If you have made a payment via card on our website, please note that the refund process may take 3-7 days due to the processing times of our payment provider, Payfast. We kindly request your patience during this period.
- Refunds for EFT Payments: For orders paid via EFT, we require a bank confirmation letter of your account along with the attached proof of payment to ensure accurate matching of accounts and verify the user's identity. Refunds for EFT payments will take 5-7 working days. Any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Cancellation before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has left our offices, we allow cancellations with a 3% transaction fee to cover our transaction costs.
- Cancellation after Shipment Booking: Once items have been booked and shipped, a 20% handling fee will be charged to cover packaging, labor, and bank transfer fees associated with processing the cancellation. If cancellation is done before shipment, only the 3% transaction fee will be charged.
- Courier Cancellation: If the cancellation request is made after the shipment has been booked, we regretfully cannot cancel the courier arrangements. A 3% transaction fee and an additional R100 fee for courier cancellation will apply to cover these costs.
